When I place an order with you, is my information safe?- Yes. We take the security of your personal information very seriously.
We use the following payment methods:
1. All major credit cards: The whole payment process will be handled directly between the customer and Stripe Inc. through their ssl-secured connections.
2. PayPal: The whole payment process will be handled directly between the customer and PayPal through a ssl-secured connections.
3. Online bank payments: The whole payment processes will be handled directly between the customer and bank through Stripe Inc.'s ssl-secured connections.
Please notice that we will never handle any of the customers credit or bank card information ourselves. All login and checkout pages are secured with the highest level of encryption available, which means your private information stays private. - I never received an order confirmation email, where is it?
- Sometimes emails to our customers get inadvertently routed to their spam folder, or blocked all together by their internet service provider. However, if you have an account with us you can access your order history by logging into your account and clicking the "My Orders" link from your account dashboard. From there you can view or print your order details. If you do not have an account, or need further assistance with your order, please contact us. When contacting us, please provide the full name and email address used to place the order, so that we may retrieve your order information.
- Where can I find Nutrition Facts -information of the products?
- Nutrition Facts -information is available for most of the nutritional products on the product information page. If the product you are interested in, has "Nutritional Facts" chart, there will be a tab link to it next to the "Product Description" and "Additional Information" tabs. If the item you are interested in, does not have a nutritional chart, or you would like further assistance with using or choosing the products, contact us by e-mail.
- Do you charge sales tax?
- We have a physical presence in European Union, and are therefore required to charge VAT for orders shipping to all countries. VAT for nutritional supplements is 14% and for the other products including shipping it is 24%. These VAT's are already included in all of our prices.
- I own a beauty salon, so do you have any special programs for such entrepreneurs?
- Yes we do. Please contact our customer service info(at)skincollagen.com, and we will assist you with this matter.
- I forgot my password, what should I do?
- Our website has a password reset tool (http://skincollagen.com/customer/account/forgotpassword), which will reset your password to a randomly generated one, and email it to you. If the website does not recognize your email address, or you do not receive the password reset email, please contact us with the full name and email address on the account.
