ENERGIZING SMOOTHIE

This fresh and energizing avocado leafy greens smoothie will provide you multiple nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fiber and healthy fats. This smoothie is packed with vitamins and minerals.

  • 3 handfuls of your favorite leafy greens
  • 2 small pears
  • ½ cucumber
  • small piece of ginger
  • 1 apple
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp BODY COLLAGEN powder
  • ice cubes

1. Peal and slice ginger, pear and apple (peal, if not organic)
2. Peal cucumber and avocado
3. Puree all ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a blender until smooth
4. Add ice cubes and blend once more
